JUDr. Ing. Martina Nyklova, Ph.D. (born 1972) is an attorney with more than twenty years of legal practice: first as a trainee attorney, then as in-house counsel, and currently as an independent attorney. She passed the Czech bar examination in 2009.
Her practice focuses on civil law, especially family, employment and administrative law, and she also specializes in personal data protection. She is also deeply involved in enforcement and insolvency matters.
She has long-term cooperation with the Citizens Advice Centre of the Parish Charity in Dvur Kralove nad Labem as a legal adviser and also works as an expert lecturer for legal seminars organized by the educational company 1. VOX a.s.

In accordance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, we inform consumers that on February 5, 2016, the Czech Bar Association was authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to provide out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes in the area of disputes between an attorney and a consumer arising from agreements on the provision of legal services (pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended).
